Today we had our 500th review on TripAdvisor! Of those, 437 (87%) were ‘Excellent’ (5 star) and 46 (9%) were ‘Very good’ (4 star) – making 97% in those two categories. Our sincere thanks to those 483 guests who wrote the lovely reviews, and our apologies to the 17 guests who were only averagely happy or less – we tried to address their issues. Thanks also to our wonderful staff who helped us to maintain a high standard.
